All you need to do is spend a few (or a lot) of minutes pretending to be a customer over the coming weekend.

How are you all getting on? We’re back in 2012 with bump now, business as usual. We’re ringing in the new Year with some changes – coming soon – so do watch this space.

You may know that our webshop has been down. Gremlins got it and did I’ve no idea what to it but our smashing webgod has been kind and we’re hoping it will all be up and running very soon. He’s an uber cautious chap (which is good for this kind of thing) so we’re doing testing before we release it into the wild. There may be opportunities for you to help iin a few days and there may be a 25% off code if you do – so just keep an eye on our twitter or facebook or homepage (where the tweitter feed gets displayed)

In happy news, one of our workers, the LOVELY Batol (she of the twin daughters who I jump in fountains with in the summer) passed her driving test! How brilliant! And she brought some ridiculously good little pastries from the Sudan for me. TOO good, and too bite sized.. yum.

I want to keep you all up to date with what’s happening with our webshop… we’re sorry it’s still not working but you can place orders and redeem vouchers with us by calling us on 023 80225536 9-5 Mon – Fri, or emailing hello@whomadeyourpants.co.uk

Our Web Guru has worked out what the problem is and his solution is to rebuild a functional part of the shop entirely. This is a one man, one pair of hands arrangement and so while he’s working as fast as he can, the shop is going to be offline for at least a week – we’d much rather help you quickly and easily over the phone than have you wrestle with the broken tech.

We really are sorry about this and hope you’ll be patient with us. Do call us if we can help.

We’re having some difficulties with our webshop at the moment and are only able to take orders over the phone or by email – please contact us on 023 80225536 with any orders, order issues or questions.

We’re doing our best to sort this – Web Chap Number One is on it – but we’ve not been able to identify the problem exactly so we can’t say how this will take. Rest assured your pants will get to you though. It’s our mission to make every day a good pants day and it’s one we take seriously!

Best wishes and huge apologies for any inconvenience. As I’ve said to a few people, I’m sure it was easier when we just had an abacus and stylus each!

What a year it’s been, eh?

We’re a tiny tiny team and don’t have lots of people around to cover the phones, so the office will be entirely closed over the festive period from 4pm on the 23rd December to 9am on the 3rd January. We are pretty confident that no-one will die from a lack of pants so hope you’ll understand that we’ll be taking a well earned rest and not be dealing with any orders, or answering phones or emails, until we’re back in.

Thank you SO much for your support over the last year. We’re looking forward to a great 2012 and hope you’ll be there with us. In the meantime, we hope you have a lovely time, stay warm and happy, and have a truly pantastic time!
