Christmas closure dates 2011

Phewee!

What a year it’s been, eh?

We’re a tiny tiny team and don’t have lots of people around to cover the phones, so the office will be entirely closed over the festive period from 4pm on the 23rd December to 9am on the 3rd January. We are pretty confident that no-one will die from a lack of pants so hope you’ll understand that we’ll be taking a well earned rest and not be dealing with any orders, or answering phones or emails, until we’re back in.

Thank you SO much for your support over the last year. We’re looking forward to a great 2012 and hope you’ll be there with us. In the meantime, we hope you have a lovely time, stay warm and happy, and have a truly pantastic time!

Get a gift voucher last year?

We’ve had loads of work done on our website recently and have, of course, found a few tiny glitches.

One of these affects some of the vouchers we sold last year for multiple pairs of pants – so if you have a vouchers ending ‘one pair’ or ‘two pairs’ it may be affected.

Christmas deliveries

Hello you lovely lovely people.

There are still ten days to Christmas but it feels closer when you think about postage and delivery options for lovely online shops like us.

We use Royal Mail for all our UK shipping and we usually ship 2nd class as we’ve not found it any slower than 1st. Their last posting dates that apply to us are:

Sat 17th December Second Class
Tue 20th December First Class

We think that this is a bit early to say NO MORE SHOPPING and so we’re going to be shipping right up to 1pm on Friday 23rd. Now clearly, once the packages leave our fair hands, we leave the rest to Royal Mail and cannot help things along from then on. But we will happily post for you if you want. To give an extra postage boost, we’re going to upgrade the postage on all orders placed between 1pm on Friday 16th and 1pm to Friday 23rd first class, for the same cost as our usual 2nd class, as a little Christmas present from us to you.
